Day 1

Amman Airport – Amman

Upon arrival you will be assisted by our representative and transferred to Amman for overnight.

Day 2

Amman – Jerash – Ajloun – Amman

After breakfast, drive towards Jerash, the well preserved city of the Roman Empire, often called Pompeii of the East. Initially built by Alexander the Great, the town started to prosper after the Roman conquest, and was one of the Decapolis cities in northern Jordan. Visit Hadrian’s Arch, built in 130 AD to honor the visit of Emperor Hadrian. Pass the Hippodrome offering space for 15,000 spectators, the impressing Forum, continue to the Temple of Artemis, which columns are 12 meters high and each drum weights 20-40 tons. Other highlights are the Colonnaded Street and the Nymphaeum. After Jerash, we will head out to visit Ajloun the great 12th century Islamic castle built around 1184/85 by the famous Islamic leader Salah al-Din.

Day 3

Amman – Madaba – Nebo – Petra

Today you will head South towards Petra with 2 stops on the way. First you will go to Madaba, where you will find the famous 6th century mosaic map of the Holy land in St. George’s church. Before returning to your hotel for  some well deserved relax time, you will visit Mount Nebo, the place where Prophet Moses gazed at the promised land before he died and alleged to be his burial  place.

Day 4

Petra Full day visit – Aqaba

After breakfast, we will explore the rose red city of Petra, the biggest attraction of Jordan. Petra was first established around the 6th century B.C. by the Nabataean Arabs, a nomadic tribe who settled in the area and laid the foundations of a commercial empire that extended into Syria. Upon arrival you will begin the trip on horseback to the canyon, the Siq, and then by foot to the most beautiful monument: the Treasury. Among other monuments you will see are the Street of Facades, the Royal Tombs and Pharaoh’s Castle. Petra was also chosen to be one of the New 7 Wonders of the world. After the tour, we will go to Aqaba

Day 5

Aqaba free day

Free day at leisure in Aqaba. / Optional tours available

Optional Activities:

Wadi Rum 4×4 Tour / Day 5

Discover the area featured by rugged mountains and colored sand dunes during a 4×4 Jeep tour, enjoy canyons, sand dunes and rock inscriptions. The area was made famous in the west by Lawrence of Arabia who described it as “vast, echoing and god-like”.

Sunset Cruise in Aqaba / Day 5

Watch the sun sets behind the mountains to the west of the Red Sea, while Aqaba mountains change their colours to Amber. Enjoy another level of serenity, listening to soft music in the background and having your favourite drink in your hand, on a 3 hours cruise on the Red Sea.

Ski jets / Day 5

In Aqaba there are lots of water sports available, such as jet skiing, water skiing, parasailing, banana boat, inner tube rides and more.

Scuba Diving / Day 5

Enjoy a full day boat trip with one or two dives, either with or without guide. Lunch served onboard. Things to see: Cedar Pride wreck, Japanese Gardens, one of the best dive sites in the world, and Black Rock

Snorkeling / Day 5

Situated on the shores of the Red Sea, Aqaba is blessed with an abundance of stunning dive sites. Whether you choose to dive or snorkel, wide fields of near-perfect soft corals stretch off into the clear blue water, huge heads of stony corals growing as big as a house.

Pharaoh’s island / Day 5

Join us on an international cruise, to Pharaoh’s Island in Egypt. The yacht sails every Friday and Saturday from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm. Not only you can enjoy the history by visiting Salahdin famous castle but you can also have fun snorkeling and diving or you might just want to relax on the board of the yacht.

Cruise with buffet lunch / Day 5

Enjoy a day on the Red Sea, relax while cruising on the clear blue waters, then have lunch on boat.

Glass boat / Day 5

Aqaba Glass Boat experience can be your choice to see the Red Sea’s underwater treasures if diving and snorkeling are not meant for you. Watch the marine life through the glass at the bottom of the boat while the sea breeze is blowing through your hair.

Day 6

Aqaba – Dead Sea

At noon you will be transferred to the Dead Sea for overnight. / Optional tours available

Optional Activities:

Bethany / Day 6-7

Today you will visit the Baptism Site (Bethany), the place where Jesus Christ was baptized by St. John the Baptist. It is now one of the 3 most important places of pilgrimage in Catholicism.

Day 7

Dead Sea free day

Today you will have a free day to relax and float at the Dead Sea. / Optional tours available

Day 8

Dead Sea – Amman Airport

Free morning to relax at the Dead Sea. At the appointed time, you will head towards Amman Airport for your departure flight.
